    Had yesterday's smoked chuck tonight. Best smoke yet aside from the smoked whiskey burgers. Could barely pick it up on the fork without it falling apart, and that is after a night in the fridge.

    @scottalot I gotta pick your brain on the whole brisket soon, where to trim and whatnot. Wally world has been having them on sale.
