The metal clips appear to slide into two plastics grooves on the actual bumper. There is a piece of protruding plastic attached to the caps that goes into the metal clips attached to the bumper. The plastic survived but the metal clips fell out of place. This guys video shows you what I'm talking about: https://youtu.be/4ymEfZol0cI

Front or rear? Why not get a good bumper instead?

Looks good! I already have the aluminum gas tank skid and just ordered the pro mid skid in aluminum. One piece at a time but I'm getting there!

It was the front bumper. The most off-roading I do is gravel/dirt roads, and I don't need anything big.

You should point the vents upward to cool the phone down when ac is on. Or leave it the way it is if you use heater more often.

    Stock for now.
How do you like the 265's? They look good. I want 285's but I don't know if I want to get UCA's. I've got a lift but waiting to install it until I get my truck back from recall. Ugh.

So far. They run a little harder than the stock goodyears. Bfg's have a 10 ply rating. Otherwise they fit with no rubbing. I didn't want to go big because our transmission don't like them. I hear a lot of guys here doing gear changes with the 285

    Nothing worthy
When we are loading and unloading the Kayaks I have found standing on the roof rack to be the easiest way to load em'. Instead of a piece of plywood i take everywhere with us I wanted a more permanent application. Simple piece of aluminum cut and mounted with carriage bolts & eye nut hardware for extra tie down spots.

Very nice! Looks like a Prinsu? Interested in the Kayak mounts and how you attached them to the Prinsu(if that's what it is). Gotta figure out a way to haul two kayaks, 2 mountain bikes and my RTT, along with camping gear and dogs.
