I have a chance to buy those same headlights for a very nice price. Any insight on the light output or lack thereof with the tinted lenses??

Check the alignment tabs to ensure that they are straight. If they are consider Welding a bead behind each will help it stay aligned, especially if you intend to take it off-road.

You sure they're the same? These were built by @kustom54lighting ... Lenses aren't tinted, the insides are painted black. They're very bright, good light output, clean cutoff line, good harnesses and ballasts.

What's considered straight? Paint lines lined up? Only reason for alignment was because maxtracs went on this past weekend. I don't anticipate it getting knocked out anytime soon

Next time you get under it check to see if the tabs look bent or crooked. They should look straight in an up and down - vertical - position. Allot of force is applied to them and spirited driving can bend them. Lazy alignment shops have also been know to bend them to get the numbers they want so they can get the next customer on the rack.

I have aftermarket cam tab gussets from Total Chaos Fab that reinforce that section considerably. They are huge by comparison, but the benefit is that I know they won't move.

Thanks man, they look perfectly straight as of now. I may take your advice so they stay that way.

Yezzir. He got almost 5+ degrees of caster, which i initially questioned, but doesn't scrub cab mount or fender at all. May have to zip tie front black inner plastic up out of the way though. I've read that i'll get bump-steer with that much caster or fight me to straighten out, but it seemed fine. I guess time will tell.
