How long does the shipping usually take once pelfrey ships the pallet? Trying to gauge the time if I'm going to be on island or not.

    Hey Manny,

Just to manage expectations a little, I would say 5-10 days, once everyone has paid their shipping invoice.

If you're not able to pick up your parts, will you have someone help pick them up and store them for you?
Wish I could offer some help, but I'm already helping out Ty and I don't have a place to store large parts (I even have to ask a friend for a favor to store my parts until I can get them installed).

This GB closed 10 APR 2017. Today marks week 17.

Lead time was supposed to be 10-12 weeks, plus 1-4 weeks for powder coating and shipping. With the FJ Summit and Pelfreybilt moving, I guess our orders have been delayed.

If there wasn't a restocking fee, I would've canceled my order. I understand there must be a lot of leg work for putting together a big order and I appreciate a discount.. but it's a bit ridiculous at this point. Hope I can find someone to pick up my order too since I'll be leaving the island soon:annoyed: :frusty::sadviolin:

So, Manny and Zac will have to leave soon and may not be here or will not be here for the arrival (whenever that may be). Tyler had to go already, but I'll be dropping his off at his place.

Would have been nice to have the parts here for you guys to enjoy them before having to leave.

How long are you guys gone for?

Trying to gauge when we can do a meet up after installs.

Holy crap, I peeked in here thinking I'd get to see some pics of all your armor mounted up.... Damn!
I mean, the trucks have depreciated and inflation has gone up and you still don't have the parts! Hopefully soon, it will all be worth it!

    Hey guys,

Sorry for the delay in shipment but this is the largest and most complicated order that we have ever shipped out before. It weighs at least 700# more than any other group buy we have done and just the logistics alone are staggering let alone the build process. I thank those of you who are returning group buy customers or who have dealt with a group buy and know that it doesn't always run as smoothly as we want them to. I appreciate everyone's patience, including those of you who are new to doing a group buy of manufactured products that are not just picked up off a shelf and put in a box. We love our Pelfreybilt Ohana and do all we can to help you all out in getting products out there. Just to put the cost into perspective, a single bumper shipment to you all is between 400-500$ and only one person even got close to that cost for shipping (ridiculously heavy order haha). We also had a great deal of powder coat products that take time to carefully package as this pallet will go on a ship and I am sure you all know how unforgiving the sea can be at times. Thank you all so, so much for being a part of this group buy and a part of our family! I know some of you are unhappy with the delay in shipping, and for that I greatly apologize. We do everything we can to keep the process running smoothly but sometimes things take longer than expected (IE, powder coating, etc).

Now, on to business! I did send out the invoices for shipping/remainder of your balance last night. As soon as everyone pays off their invoice we can ship out to you! Everything is packaged and ready to go, nice and neat on a custom pallet to be put into a container and sent out to all of you handsome gentlemen (there were no women buyers besides the silent ones who let you spend all the money and to them too, we are grateful haha).

If you do not want to fill out and send back our forms please send your payment via PayPal to satin@pelfreybilt.com as this will be the other most convenient form of payment (some of you have already requested to send payment this way). If not just give me a call and dial 102 when prompted to reach an extension! For anything else you can also reach me by email which all of you have as I sent out the invoices last night!!!

From all of us here at Pelfreybilt I want to say how much we have appreciated all of your patience, how easy it was to work with all of you and thank you again for being a part of our team and family!

Haha! Yes well you guys always do have the biggest groups. But product wise this is almost twice as bi and heavy as the last one and the same with other GB's we have done this year.
