    Or while in park try it out and see if you hear the washer fluid pump come on right when you pull the lever.

    Maybe pop the hood and roll your window down.

    Yeah that's my thought too, just was curious if others had similar issues or not. I will probably see about having them replace the stalk if they can't fix it.

    As long as its easy to replicate I'd show it to the dealer compared to one they have on the lot and hope they actually consider it not normal...

    Have you checked for enlarged prostrate in the washer pump? They make a drug I think that would fix your truck's problem....

    I'd listen to hear if the pump is going as soon as you pull the stalk to wash the window. Do it while you are stopped.

    If you don't hear it (immediately), it's an electrical problem.

    If you do, somehow the check valve in the pump/line is letting the fluid drain back into the tank and it has to refill the whole line every time, hence the few second delay. I'd get your dealership to replace it.

    @OdiN1701

    I was going to give you a suggestion on what I do with mine, but then saw you have a 2017... o_O

    I did get a good laugh out of it though. Thank you for that. Sincerely- I needed that today.

    When your truck gets older- like 15 years old- and they get clogged... Take a pressure washer and spray it right on it a few times and then it'll work again.

    ;)

    In the official "forum posting 101" class textbook, page 479, paragraph "C," it plainly states "No descriptive words such as boners, squirters, setters, things, boobies, etc should be used in thread titles. To do so plainly risks the original poster to juvenile replies from seemingly adult humans.

    Look, it says so in the book.

    Despite all the fun going on here, it sounds like the pump could be the issue. If you don't want to mess with the dealer I'd disconnect the line at the pump and give it a go.
