Ah, thought you had installed. Was just curious about fitment since you said it is "very not OEM."

Sorry about that, I will get pictures up once it's in. I just meant no hex head bolts and no Toyota marking or packaging.

I just pulled the trigger on one myself, so there's one left. Says it'll be here August 9th, I'll post my thoughts and pictures of it around that time when I get it.

Can we get a little follow up on this thread? Either from @TucsonAZ or @DrPepperMan

The title says 16-17 but the description says 10-16. I've read it's the same part regardless. Just weird they didn't says 05-17. Which would be the correct description if that is the case.

Pics and or statement of fitment would be great. I've also heard the the factory part needs modification be bending the brackets ~1/4 of and inch so that it fits more snug.

Any info would be appreciated I'm thinking about buying one.

Overall very pleased with the roof rack. I have a 2011, it went on just fine, and I did bend the front brackets a little bit to help with fitment(you can do it by hand). I've had it on for about 3-4 days now and wanted to make sure I spent a little time with it before writing the review for you guys. I didn't seal anything with silicon and shortly after putting it on we got a bunch of rain where I live. Good news is I have not noticed any leaks, but if you wanted to play it safe, you could add some to the mounting holes. For the most part the rack is good quality, just a few defects. The rubber trim that goes around the bottom of the rack has a few defects but hardly noticeable unless you're looking at it up close, and to be honest, after some "wear & tear" it probably wouldn't be all that different. The cross bars are metal between the plastic ends, and one of the metal crossbars has a small gap between it and the plastic, but not enough for me to care.

In conclusion, I got this rack because I wanted something up top mostly for looks, but also occasional use. At a price of $175, it was a good deal for the time being while I wait to pick out, and save up for a more serious roof rack.

I'm currently on a work trip but will post pics when I get back on Saturday.

I'm still a lazy ass, I need a person or two to help me with putting the wrap on the roof and I'm one of those "tomorrow" people as everything can wait in my world. I did take the truck up the backside of the mountain here though so I will show you a picture of it without the rack as well as just how sexy I am. I will hopefully have the rack on in the next week barring any super lazy spells. I can tell you their customer support is responsive but DAMN the English is the worst I've ever seen. Without having put it on yet and for the price I'm happy with the fit and finish and will post more pictures when it's up.

Both were good, just some minor defects in the rubber molding.

I will say their customer support was great, the English SUCKED but that aside they were really good to deal with and actually gave me a partial refund for buying while the title still said "OEM" when it clearly wasn't.

And yeah it looks great! Any tips for when I do my install? I'm still lazy, still haven't gotten around to it.

Well, to give you an idea of how slow I am at doing anything I just got this put on last week. For the price I'm super happy with it, the three longer bolts took a little messing around with to get them all lined up, the retaining nut for the one arm, passenger side I think will drop out if you try to take that arm off to access the bolts on the sides of it which was annoying. Overall I'm super happy with these for the price and value and I would buy it again, I can't imagine factory being any better honestly.
