Back to old grind. State job lasted 14 months. Back at my old job. Same truck,same phone,creepy

Yea.....things are slow around here with no OT. Maybe a small layoff coming. Not worried about it.

That's what was happening at state job. I bailed. Not going down with ship.

 

Sporting good taxes used to go straight to parks. Now it goes into general fund so parks have to ask state for money. State is being tight.

 

So did your old boss give the option of coming back if things didn't work out or did you have to go thru some bs?

 

Door was open. My replacements were either fired or couldn't drive a company truck so why it was waiting for me.

Couple load plans knocked out tonight ... helped first half of shift pass ... next 4 hrs are looking slow ... I'm tired and a little sore from activities last couple days. Bed will be a very welcome sight in the morning.
