Ditto for me. Love the Shield. Been carrying a Springfield 1911 for years, but got tired of the profile and the weight.

    I use several. LoL

Leather Galco with thumb break. (1911)

Alien Gear Clock tuck 2.0. (1911)

    Crossbreed. (1911, COM, Shield)

Plastic/kydex holsters that came with pistol. (XDM)

All depends on what gun I'm carrying, how I'm dressed, and where I'm going and what I plan to do.

Been using one of these for over 10yrs, without the flap, front pocket, still used daily and like new. Best money I've ever spent on guns.

IWB Kydex holster made by Vagrant Tactical here in New Hampshire. This is my third from him, just had it made to accomadate the light I put in the Shield .45, ditching the clip for loops later this week.

Can I see some photos of where they are in the tacoma? I have a .45 1911 (Rock Island) and it stays stuffed between my seat and console. Id love to see other options yall have and where you got them.

Ill stick them inside the center console if I have guests in my truck who I think may be uncomfortable with a handgun riding around in the open. Otherwise on the floormat or in the door pocket, Im also not against the cup holder but its often wedged in between the seat and center console.

Disregard, I see he is no longer taking orders.

Zlogonje makes a comfortable, good looking holster. I have several and I am pleased with the quality.

looks unnecessary . I keep my on my waist at all times. But i also carry AIWB so it makes it much easier to draw with.

as do I, sir, as do I. but I guess its better than leaving it at home and/or a little quicker than getting it out of the console or glove box

I use this guy's holsters exclusively.
He makes various kinds and great customer service. Really dig his chest rig very easy to conceal under a button up shirt or jacket.
