Sure some sliders are going to be stronger than others, but for 99% of the time offroading, including time when the sliders are actually taking hits and "sliding" over rocks, all sliders are going to be more than enough protection. I personally won't be doing any trails where my truck is going to drop 12+ inches onto a rock where that added strength is going to come into play.

I have far less experience with these than you do of course and I understand your reasoning. I'm not in love with the outboard mounting location mostly.

My assumption for the hinge you utilize was that you can bend up/weld a large amount of identical bumpers and then weld on the carriers when people choose that option; streamlining the production process.

I'd prefer to get the full high clearance like you are asking about as well. SO MUCH CLEARANCE. :D

Yea that is very true. Lets be honest, if that happens then a failed slider is the least of your problems. Mine hold up great for what they are, had no issues at all either with my hi-lift.

dont get All Pro. Its not high clearance. It has a "high clearance" plate that bolts onto their standard bumper. To make it look high clearance, when it actually isnt

...and to make things better that side plate is like an extra $200.

I am in the middle of adding some Kicker CompRT 10" subs. I pulled out the plastic tray cuz quite frankly no matter what you put there, it makes noise. Also pulled off the plastic backing on the seats. The sub box was about $75 off Amazon for 5/8" MDF with two separate sub containers and space for my 5-ch Pioneer amp. I'll let you know if it's garbage-sounding or not. ...but since I am moving up from an 8" powered Kicker sub the size of a VHA player, I think it'll be a 'slight' improvement.

I've seen them on here quite regularly. Full setup, direct swap. Just wire you own switch for the solenoid.

How old? Mines first time in pads was last year. He was quick from the get go but a little skiddish on the hitting. This year hes alot more comfortable, knows he can own some kids out there but knows he's quick and wants to just juke and spin around everybody. I guess me being the coach isnt really in his favor cause everytime I see it I start yelling at him. I want him to start running over people not around. By the way these kids are loving them some Front, Back,Go's! Lets just say after I told them 3 days in a row to pick up their trash after practice and they still didnt, well they got a little persuasion to pick it up. Maybe like 10-15 mins worth of Front,Back,Gos. My field has been clean everyday since!
