ha ha, I'm just giving you all a hard time. I've actually seen the b-pillar convo come up several times, almost cyclicly, and is always fun to see half on one side of the fence and the other half on the other side of the fence.

Speaking of the b-pillar vinyl... :poking:

Does anyone know where to get a chrome version to replace the black? :stirthepot:

'Cause ya know, old guys love chrome. :ohsnap:

I was going to say that it looks good but he should add some orange to the front side. It's to concentrated in the back...

I like having it. It separates our third gens from the 2nd gens more.

I've noticed a small increase in low-end torque since I removed the vinyl.

I think they call that the OV/Snake oil tune :) good for at least all of the horse powers and double the amount of torque

I'm still on the fence.....but then I am really wishy washy. I will likely remove it because I don't like it then wish it was still there. I am my own worst enemy.

So wait, since I have the "in-channel vent visors" will I be half cool if I remove the vinyl? Or am I still all un-cool?

Wait, I can replace the smoke vent visors with the chrome versions and replace the vinyl with chrome too? Holy crap, I am so doing that! Because, as we all know, I am old AF!

Oh! Better yet! What if I remove the vinyl from the B pillars but reuse it somewhere else on the truck? Like I could use some scissors and cut out cool ass slanted TRD text decals and stick them on the fake hood scoop. Now that would be cool. And look like I was going fast-er!

I just went out and did a search on 2018 Tacoma and a few of the articles speculated, from rumors, that a new engine/transmission may be in the offering, also LED headlamps, guess we'll just have to wait and see what they come our with.
