I am looking for a fun spot south of hwy 90, Cle elum area-ish to watch the eclipse, and possibly camp the night before. I have not been on any of the forrest roads in that area, and good recommendations for cool, possibly remote, camping spots? There are soooo many NF roads there, I don't even know where to start heh.
    Thanks!

Not to tell you how to live your life, but you'll need to go farther south to see the *actual* eclipse.

Yea I know it wont be full coverage, but the 92 to 95% coverage should still be pretty cool!

so it has occurred to me that the engine hoist we have will probably not work with the height of the t4r...

i'm looking for recommendations or even if someone has one that might work, preferably in the tacoma to pdx area, that I could borrow?

Can you just pull the headlights, radiator, grill to get more room to not need to lift the engine as high? Same Ive seen guys take the tires and brake rotors off so the front is barely off the ground to give more room.

Id offer mine but not sure if its any taller than what you have already have. That and I will be needing it on and off over the next few weeks

In my old house, I just knocked a hole in the Sheetrock ceiling and hound a chain hoist from the beam.
