Last time i was here they had about 4 frames stacked up against the building. They were the rusted ones, and they were bad. They had cut them into 3 sections. Why, i have no idea. Easier to fit onto pallets i suppose

Something tells me this discussion is no longer focused on frames ... err steel frames that is.

Your comment is completely valid and I totally agree. Having it up on top of the bumper does certainly take the pinion out of harms way. It would take quite a bit to bend our hinge though. It is made from 1/4" steel and we don't use the formed "U" like SOS, we make our own that is incorporated into our bumper. I was out with @Blackout14 and he has our high clearance with swingout. I watched him back into a tree, hard because he drives like a woman and there was absolutely no damage done.

I think @DOUBLLD 's frame is made from unobtanium.

With a vague exception to the t4r pro, toyota really doesnt make anything i like anymore. Hundreds of vehicles here, and i wouldnt buy a single one.

Yea man, you don't need one of those. I had a few friends who had multiples of that jeep. I would assume the electronics on it by this point either has issues, or likely has been recently replaced. Its a solid platform for someone who needs one on the cheap, but def doesn't have longevity in it. Mercedes def helped the design when they got involved in the 2009-2010 era.
