TRD OR, No locker, but "6 MT"

Tacoma

 

TRD off road models for the second gen didn't come with a color matched bumper. Did the previous owner add TRD off road stickers on them?

 

I doubt the dealer is "scamming". The previous owner most likely put the stickers on the bedside and dealers are dumb as shit so they listed it as off road.

 

Maybe it has fresh powdercoated skidplate

 

If it's like the chevy dealership here then they have so many Tacomas I doubt they look twice at them now lol

 

The "more info" indicates locker.....????

I don't see the rear lock differential button in the pics but I do know none of the off roads in the 2nd gen came with a color keyed rear bumper and those are steel wheels that come with a base model that were painted black.

They're scamming alright. If they get someone for $24k for that truck, trd or not, they should be arrested for grand larceny.

 

Get the vin number and ask your local toyota dealer what factory package it is..
