GT7, how many miles/years on your sc?
Check your intercooler reservoir. If it's low then you possibly have a leak. If you do have a leak but is not visible then its most likely internal from one of the two orings pictured as that is the only place the intercooler coolant system isn't visible from the outside.
They should be standard orings since they are only exposed to coolant so I would just get a Harbor Freight oring set for $10 and put in the orings that fit.
Anyone know if engine coolant injection would cause a p0300 misfire?

Already got the o-rings and plan to put them on tomorrow. 38,000 on truck 20,000 sc.

Also been checking res frequently. I think I do have a leak because it keeps disappearing but slowly

Interesting, is the one bolt that hold the intercooler to cover tight?

Seems pretty early for orings to take a set. It happens though.

I have and oil catch can too.

I went for a 10 min drive with new o-rings and added more coolant to the res to refill the internal heat exchanger. It drove great and no cel yet.

Only problem is I have been in Phoenix for 3 days and it has now started to have a very long cold or hot start about 60% of the time. So after installing new o-rings it still had a long start.

Yes, The ucon makes starting a little longer while synching to the ecu. Most of us know that.

My truck now has a very prolonged start, sometimes 3-5 seconds. Ill take a video today

The difference in mine is very minimal...almost unnoticeable.
Hart to tell from the pic but your original orings looked fine. If they were still round (not flattened) then that's most likely not the problem.
The Orange seal was wet with what, coolant?
How did the intercooler surface look where it mates up to the orings? Any nicks, scratches, corrosion to affect the seal?
It's possible you have a pinhole leak in your intercooler.

Intercooler surface was great, one o-ring had some wear on it but still pretty minimal. Time will tell if the problem persists.

I think maybe I spilled some coolant on it while taking it apart

My truck takes a bit longer to start in general with the UCON, but after UCON software is updated it usually takes longer than normal until the UCON "learns".
