Nice Job!!!!!! Congrats on that. It's a huge accomplishment! Something to be proud of. I am going to celebrate 30 married next month and this summer makes a total of 34 together. And if either of us should be committed on our side it would be her for putting up with me all these years. :angrygirl:

Used some 3x1 aluminum channel and uni strut hardware to make some bedside mounts. I cut some longer ones for the back of bed to mount my max traxs and a few 2x12 boards. I used some shorter ones for the sides and mounted quick fist for a few other items. All material purchased locally, nothing fancey.

Went to the dealer for the first 6 month service, just turned 4500 miles when I pulled in. In and out in an hour with them checking the rear diff fluid level which was fine. I asked about the CPS and rear diff recalls, which mine is not part of either. I was astounded with the pricing of their TRD accessories, damn! When the truck was done and pulled around, I was dumbfounded it wasn't washed. I worked at a VW/Audi dealer in the mid 1990s as the parts manager, service director and a tech when needed and we washed every car that had service done. The "special customers" cars got vacuumed and the inside of the windows cleaned. Oh well....
They had almost every configuration of Tacoma on the lot except for the Pro, no Sky Silver, and no manuals.

Well, we made it out to Sioux Falls, SD today. Heading to Rapid City tomorrow. I told everyone to pack lightly. That obviously didn't happen! My wife trying to climb over everything to get something out of the cooler, I guess, including a practice surf board type thing that they just had to bring with, and about 10 pair of cowboy boots. I won't let them wash mine in the swirlomatic machine..... unless you don't mind heavy swirl marks after a couple of washes

Ac drain mod done! I waited to long for this, but at least it's done. Excess piping will be cut off at work tomorrow with the correct cutter.... And not a steak knife. :anonymous:

Got my sliders today from FCIMetalwerks here in San Diego. Alfredo does good work and he's a good dude. Any in SD that needs anything fabricated, hit him up. My confidence level just went up for hitting the trails. IMG_2442.jpg
