    I'm on about 1.5 and it's just right; don't really care for the outrageous property tax that was $7200 this year. We moved from a 1/3 acre much closer to Boston that felt like we had the biggest yard in town.

    Yeah we chose to live outside of the city, but are in a town of <500. Taxes were a big reason

    Our property tax here is limited by a 10% annual increase. Past 5 years it's gone up 9.9x%....:frusty: I fight it every year and get a big Nope from the assessors office...
