Good, I get tired of hearing that they spend money on ways to stop us from spending money. Then the CEO gets millions. :facepalm:meanwhile they claim poverty and can't give us COL raises.

Agreed. We managed to get 11.75% over 3 years. Health care costs increased as well but slightly ahead of the game.

Just had an email from the University, we lost a coworker early this morning. I knew him, but wasn't close to him. Lost his battle with cancer, he fought it for 6 months. RIP Joe....

Good morning folks. Wrapping up the work week today, but still may have to go in tomorrow to get my truck serviced...we're out of interns and I usually have them take my truck in for services while I'm on vacation.

    How's the weather looking Kevin?

Must have been 18 years ago came close to moving to Nashua. Company flew me there looking for a Citrix Engineer and all went well. Until they said that I would be driving to Boston every day to see clients. Sister and BIL lived and worked in Boston at the time and they drive with the middle finger and horn in Boston, and it could take them more than an hour to get to work only a few miles away. No thank you.

Lot of companies had moved out of Massachusetts to New Hampshire to escape the punishing taxes of Taxachusetts. Nashua is just across the border from Mass. and a lot more business friendly. Tech companies were exploding there when they flew me in. My sister managed the hosts for EMC and I\O testing at the worlds largest storage and computing power at EMC. My BIL does IT for Fidelity Insurance. They moved to Research Triangle Park in North Carolina 8 years ago. Another company escapes, at least as many employees as they can, to a more tax friendly State. At least they didn't go overseas.
