That's a tough one.......I have a completely different perspective on the game than most. I play tuba in my college band so I'd rather play at a basketball game because I won't freeze to death and there is less shoulder pain involved . On the other hand, I think a football game is more fun to watch. :p

Basketball all the way! This is the best time of the year for sports, period. The pros are all over paid and don't go 100% until the playoffs. Where else but college basketball can little-known teams take on, and sometimes upset, the dynasties. Some of these kids know damn well they are not going pro and play their butts off. It's awesome to see that, leaving it all on the court, crying at the end. That's the real deal. The last sliver of purity in sportsmanship before the money gets in the way of why they are there in the first place.

I like college football.....alot....but...there are WAY TOO MANY BOWL GAMES! They have totally lost their value. Teams that barely have a winning record in football go to a bowl game...even if it's the Vagisil Bowl or the Pop-Tart invitational. If they had a bracket system in football for a national title, it would be so much more interesting. Granted the season would last forever if they gave them a week to prepare like they currently do, but maybe 3-4 days before your next opponent would speed things along. Anyways, yeah, college basketball all the way.

Before working nights I would watch the college games every Thursday night, and that would start the weekend of football for me. It's hard to imagine not watching as many college games as possible, and then with the awesome year my Saints had on Sundays.. wow! I love football.

That being said, it is March and I'm loving finally getting to watch some good, competitive women's basketball games. Watching Baylor/Tennessee right now- hell of a game! And I was following the UNI bracket upsetting streak pretty closely on the mens side. College basketball is great - IN MARCH!

I hate college basketball. I don't even watch March Madness. I'll sit and watch college football all day every day.
