I also quit towing because of the MDT boards , with being on radio especially auto club you could cheat the system saving yourself time between calls . I used to hate trying to show I'm 97 " on scene" with the MDT system as I would be a few min away still . Dispatch would type back to me that the member doesn't see me at their location

One time I was written up by auto club and by my ICS mgr for trying to cheat using the MDT

the new Qualcomm systems installed in trucks now is like Big Brother watching your every move . Like you mentioned it tracks idling time and locations parked . I had a friend of mine who worked for CRST trucking and he was caught over speeding " to high rpm " by both the Qualcomm and by a mechanic during a 90 day BIT

Big Brother is watching , you've gotta watch your back now if you're a commercial driver

The Exchange is a shadow of what it used to be. With that said I still get a few things there online at shopmyexchange being retired Navy. Not really any savings what I end up doing is looking on line and make them do a price match if it is a place I've never shopped before or they have bad reviews. It is great what they are doing but anymore not many good deals. I look at the closeouts mainly for something I am after. They don't even send out any discount codes anymore like they used to. Used to be able to shop at a lot of other stores through them with good discounts even that is down to only a few any more and the discounts aren't so great either.
