    Overhead OTRATTW switches -

Started wiring switches and installed a 6 panel switch holder in the front sunglasses holder. Many thanks to @tacozord again for creating an excellent DIY thread for building a Bussman RTMR fuse/relay block, which was immensely helpful to me before jumping down this rabbit hole of wiring. My harness/wiring is very similar to the one in that thread but used quick disconnects instead of molex/mini molex connectors.

The wiring harness I created accomplishes the same objective as the RTMR, but is a little less complex Used OTRATTW lower independent/upper dependent switches and wired them into a harness with quick disconnects. Made a wiring harness with corresponding wire colors with one end feeding up to the switches, and the other end feeding down into the engine bay to connect relays. Mounted a Blue Sea bus bar on top of the stock fuse box cover, this will serve as a centralized grounding point for the relays and is grounded to where the stock battery ground is. Only have 4 switches installed so far but wired it to accommodate 2 more switches whenever I add more accessories.

    Switches connected

    Completed wiring harness

Quick disconnects to relays in engine bay, pos/neg wires T-tapped into ABS switch for dimmer control, mini add-a-fuse into dash light fuse location for switch power

Quick disconnects for switch wiring harness

    Completed switch panel

    Added an Ultragauge MX 1.3

Installed a 32" Mictunning LED light bar in the lower valence, haven't had a chance to get some good pics of it yet but it is wired up and puts out an incredible amount of light.

Also installed an Air Zenith digital pressure gauge by the shifter for the OBA system. Waiting on DOT PTC fittings and 3/8" air line from Accuair to finish up the OBA, should be delivered Thursday. Ran the wiring for the Viair 480C, viair pressure switch, pressure gauge, and LED bed lighting while I had everything torn apart. Viair 480C will be installed behind the passenger tail light and a 2.5 gal tank will be mounted above the trailer hitch where the spare tire was. A cool feature on the Air Zenith pressure gauge is that it reads the system voltage for the first 30 seconds after turning the key, then switches over to tank PSI.

Installed an XTP intake manifold spacer a couple weeks ago. Great addition to get back the low end torque I lost from the DTLT headers. Didn't get any good pics of the installation.

Pulled the trigger on a Pelfreybilt front with full hoops. My wallet hates this site... :anonymous:

    OBA -

Finally finished up my OBA system. Viair 480C behind the passenger taillight and a 2.5 gal Viair tank under the bed where the spare tire was. I put the manifold in the cubby next to the AC inverter, fit perfectly in there. Ingersoll Rand water trap coming off the leader hose to the manifold, which holds the Viair pressure switch, Air Zenith pressure gauge, and safety valve. DOT PTC fittings from Accuair were used throughout the system along with their 3/8" DOT air brake line. From the manifold, air line goes to a ball valve and check valve which is connected to the tank. Quick disconnect in the rear bumper and plan to route another quick disconnect to the front.

I mounted the Air Zenith pressure gauge next to the shifter, perfect spot for it and looks clean. Loctite 565 on all threaded fittings and haven't experienced any leaks yet.

Mounted the compressor before taking pics, sorry for the bad quality. Water trap connected to leader hose, attached to the manifold in the cubby.

    Manifold mounted

Tank from passenger side - ball valve and check valve to tank on right, safety valve on left

Tank from drivers side - plug on left, 90 degree PTC fitting going to rear bumper on right

    Quick disconnect in rear bumper

Pressure gauge on startup, showing battery voltage for 30 seconds

Pressure gauge after 30 seconds, showing PSI

Took a few quick pics on the farm -

LED bar behind the lower valence, very discreet but bright as hell. Drilled/tapped into the aluminum bumper support and put lockwashers and blue loctite on the mounting hardware.

Got a Pelfreybilt steel front bumper painted and installed over the weekend - better pics to come.

NV's and 285 Ko2 are in the mail :) I really like the look without the center caps.. are those just the bare hubs? Did you need to paint them?

Edit: and nice bumper! Full hoop is hopefully on my mod list for this fall :D

Nice! You'll love the NV's with the KO2's. You are correct on the bare hubs, I haven't painted them yet but they could use a fresh coat of flat black.

It's a cheap 21" Mictunning single row from Amazon, think I paid around $40 for it. Sealed it up with some clear silicon and it's been good to go.

Finally got a few decent pics of the Pelfreybilt. Niight pods for the fogs, Mictunning 21" single row, and Cali Raised pods on the hood brackets. Paired with the FXR projectors, it puts out an insane amount of light.

That's actually next on my list, along with painting the rear bumper. Project dechromification is almost complete.
