    Question: Im going to purchase an OEM roof rack from toyota but I havent been able to find what measurements the cargo basket needs to be! please help

    your question is a little confusing... I believe the OEM roof rack comes with the cargo rack (they swing back and forth, depending on use/non-use)... so why do you need to measure?

    ok, cargo basket. I believe you will have to go aftermarket on cargo baskets, as Toyota does not offer one (that I am aware of). the most popular brands are Thule, Yakima, Rhino, etc. each offering various sizes, depending on what you need. they should each have adjustable attachments points to fit your OEM rack.

    okay I was just reading other places that basically the expensive baskets only fit, this is the one I want do you think it will fit?

    I don't see why it wouldn't fit. just make sure that whatever components come with the basket, that it interplays with the roof rack well. Also regarding size, just make sure it ain't too big which would look f'ugly. good luck.
