    I have! I smoked one randomly once.....the night before I marinated it with the leftover juice from a jar of pickled jalapenos, and smoked it for a few hours, turned out pretty awesome.

    We just finished the last of the smoked chuck roast. Was still tasty almost a week later, but just a touch dry. Would kill for some scallops. I never see them in the stores here.

    Pulled the tailgate off the truck after work to try and beat out the damage I did to the bumper at URE. Was just dripping sweat and making little progress, so said eff it, put it back together, grabbed a cold one, and cranked the AC. We might have icicles up in here tonight.
