All this talk about 4cyl radiators- my OEM of 240,000 miles sprung a leak and I searched high and low for a 3.4 full aluminum replacement but couldn't find one, they only make them for 4cyl- if I saw this I'd been all over those 4cyl ones- get more clearance.:mad:

Best pic I have of mine attached. You probably want the 2wd radiator - flush with the frame rails

    Performance Radiator #1778

Rockauto has the correct fan shroud for $31 - Part #TO3110119

Pictures of the difference in height of 4wd to 2wd radiators attached. Can't help with your hoses as my truck is a 2.7l...

    Cazinpa,
What are the dimensions of the Performance radiator?

    Thanks.

Thinking about it now, not sure how the fan would fit the shroud on a 3.4!

    The 95 tacoma lists 3 radiators for the 3.4. The 18" 20" and 22.

Finally convinced myself to build a decent exhaust since I have no time to take it to a professional like I've wanted to do. Only took a couple of hours and about $60 to get done. No leaks except for the gasket that is on the rear of the cat. Probably original gaskets with 260k miles so some new ones are on the way.

Exhaust gaskets in and exhaust is complete. Not completely silent like I want, but it's tolerable no doubt, especially after just having a cat and a turn down.

Also picked up the new 18" radiator from @Timbo89 so hopefully I'll be able to get that installed in the next couple weeks.

Nice work... trac bar looks nice too.
How far forward of the axle is the bracket it attaches to? My Bud-Built unit is to be here on Tuesday.

I'll have to grab a measurement for you. And which bracket? The one on the frame or the axle bracket from where the bolt hole is to the centerline of the axle?

    The one on the frame.
I may need to add one for the Bud-built unit.
    We'll see.

    Love the bumper!

I'm running H4 conversion headlights with 100w bulbs and a relay harness and it's much brighter than stock

    Time for some upgrades...

Going to URE after Thanksgiving and am making a checklist for shit to do before then and it includes:

-Swap radiator to the shorter 18" version
    -New, less bulky radiator skid
-Fire extinguisher mount inside cab, so it's not rolling around on the floorboard
-H4 converted headlight housings, because these sealed beams are pathetic
-Re-done sliders. After the last episode on rocks, I am over these kickouts getting hung up on everything.

Hey, if you can salvage the sliders, they look like they might be about the right size for the T4R. If that's the case, I'll take them if you're just going to scrap them. :D
