No wheels? Something like this then?

4WP is sponsoring the Labor Day weekend event. Free registration closed last night, but you can still go if you pay normal gate fees at the front. We'll be there Saturday and Sunday, camping overnight.

Well, it's one of two places in North TX to legally go offroad along with Northwest OHV in Bridgeport. BMRA in Gilmer is 3-4 times the size of Bridgeport. Lots of different levels of trails. You could check it out for the day, try some easy trails and hop in someone else's truck if you're reluctant to push your truck or yourself. There is the potential for scratches and possibly worse if you make bad decisions. We'll have several other Tacomas with us so it'll give you a chance to see what these trucks can actually do.

    Truck stuff
I ran 1's up to 3's when I was stock. I have some pinstripping but I put pinstrips on a month after I purchased. Some 3's I would recomend more protection but if you go slow you should be safe on the easier 3's. 1 and 2's shouldnt be an issue but can start to get you more comfortable with your truck and its capabilities.

Its easy to follow @hoarder23, He will tell you when to stop following him before he puts you in a situation to F your truck up. Then you can watch him push his truck past what you are willing to do. You just have to be ready to help recover his!
