    Got my EST Lair sticker on the mail today!!:fistbump:

    Also swung by Lowes to pick up some washers to do a final tweek of my headlights before I decide which ones to send back. Like a dummy, I got washers that are too small to work with (trying to slightly shim a light because I don't think my drivers side corner is exactly square after hitting the deer.) Wasted a half hour just trying to make them work before giving up and putting everything back together. I will have to get some bigger fender style washers tomorrow and give it another go. :anonymous:

    My birthday is coming up so I just ordered these in hopes I have some new projects coming up!

    thinking i have one bent axle shaft.

    figured this when i pulled one axle out today to pull the diff and one side spewed gear oil, meaning seals are needing to be replaced. the ends where they insert into the diff dont rotate straight on one side. You guys know anyone on the forums with experience in this?

    @inesshell
    So the splined end that goes into the 3rd member is visually bent or wobbles when you rotate the shaft?

    My mastercraft courser cxt tires that I put on my truck in may, 2k ago are cracking badly around the bead area. The shit part is I had to special order 255-80's and it took over a month to get them in. I'm off to the distributor to see what they will do for warranty. Mastercraft is made by cooper so hopefully they stand by their product. If I have to wait another month I might go with the st maxx if availability is better.IMG_0929.jpgIMG_0922.jpg

    That does not look safe. I am running the MTX. I am going to check them this morning. Mine are 4 months old. Hopefully Cooper does good by their product.

    I have been really happy other than the cracking issue. The cxt have awesome traction and are no terribly loud on the road the dot date on theese are 4816. They one of the 3 options in 255/80/17

    Good Morning Lair Lords!

    I am up early today. No gym. Getting my bags packed. I am hitting the road at 5pm or so. I am headed to the land of the one and only @ChadsPride . I am flying out of Austin tomorrow at 10am. I did not want to risk the 5 hour drive tomorrow moring.

    Was it on the same side as the impact that took out your leaf spring @inesshell?you may want to check to see if you rear axle housing is bent in any way also.

    it was on the opposite side, going to pull the shaft when i get to the shop today. I did not see any twisting in the spline when i inspected it last so either a bearing is going back and allowing play in the shaft or it is bent at the flange (cant tell if i dont have the member in)

    Use v blocks and a dial indicator on the flange to check for runout while turning the axle
