Interior Snorkels are kinda loud though. Only downside.

I'm thinking of calling this "operation fresh start" after going through the mods that the previous owners did that were all a little, well, amateurish. Add a portion of lack of maintenance and I've got a pretty good restoration project on my hands.

The flip side is that I'm forced to learn stuff I'd only come into contact with in emergencies with a nicer truck once it got on further in years and have to learn under more stressful circumstances. I like learning about all the systems and what they do. I always wanted to learn it since I was in high school. It's like a little mini lesson each day I get something new to work on that I would have probably avoided when I wasn't forced to get'r done :)

It's all good knowledge to have, haha. I like to do things right the first time that's why I'm so damn slow and meticulous. Helps keep little stuff from breaking. Keep it up, it pays off a thousand fold when there actually is something to fix in an emergency.

This. And it was @Box Rocket before he went to a similar PVC snorkel because of the loudness. I tried to go his route but because of not having glass fenders like him I had to take a different approach.

I have a feeling being a relatively small company still, if you called or wrote an email they take it down.

Well don't pull a Timmy. That's lame. I'm over it once posted they are everywhere. I find it cool to find them other places.

Was Timmy solution to place them in an underground vault that even he didn't know the unlock combo to because he could no longer trust himself. Because he and his pictures haven't been spotted in a while.
