Selling my ARB Air Compressor Toolbox. Finishing up the wiring for the new compressor this morning.

 

Let's see...

Plan for the weekend as I am not off for 4 full days.
Wire up ARB Air Compressor
Install and Wire Rear Rock Lights
Possibly get Solar setup installed and wired in
Get the Spare CV and Tie Rod Ends ordered
Rotate Tires
Check Fluids
Check Filters
Get Flag Pole Holder built for the camp site

Not bad for the weekend, wiring took a lot longer than I wanted. Solar is not a huge deal, so more than likely won't get that install before the TN trip.

Just need to now give the truck a wash and complete/button up a few things and should be pretty much ready for the trip.

 

Your compressor is really tempting, but I want to do OBA as a long term goal.

Why do you tempt me?!

 

Great question.... the tempt would go away if you were to purchase the compressor.

Just think of the uses.

 

Any reason it couldn't be taken out of the box and used as OBA? Same compressor right? The difference is just a wiring harness?

 

Not the exact same, the one in the toolbox does not have the Manifold on it since it is not used to run lockers at all.

So technically, I could have bought a manifold for it, but I got the new compressor for free because of the ARB locker that is going in the rear.

 

I got the rock lights on the rear done, now that the rear ones are done, it looks a lot better.

Pretty sure I will end up buying three more rock lights though as I would like to put one where the spare tire went and then one on both sides of the truck in the middle to get rid of that spade shaped shadow and to remove the shadow from the front and rear tires... those might actually get wired up to come on with the dome light to act as courtesy lights as well...

Just another project to add to the list.

 

Nice, could you find someplace for one up from. light up all under it and it would add light in front of your front tires for spotting at night!

 

Yea, I looked last night, but can't really find a good spot to put just one light up front in the center with having the bumper and the skids.

Would almost have to do two lights on both sides for it to work well.

 

I thought that might be the case. You can always add more later if you decide you want something up front.

BAMF LCA Skids will be here tomorrow!
Ordered the stuff needed to go a Front Diff, Rear Diff, and Transfer Case oil change, so will be doing that this weekend before going to TN next week.
Entered a random contest on Instagram through Superwinch and was one of the winners... just some swag is all... so no new winch.

 

LCA skids are on my list of wants along with a gas tank skid. At least I finally got the main skids I've needed now! You are one of the luckiest people I have ever met. You win way to much shit while I never win anything.

 

I just enter anything and everything essentially. It is the key to success. And then I don't tell other people about it as it lessens my chance to win....

 

You'd still probably win even if everyone knew about it and entered. I think I need to have you to do all my entries at ATR so I might win something.

 

Ha, dude, I am trying to think if I even want to spend money on raffle tickets for the big bucket items or not, really the only thing that I would really like would be the OEM Audio kit, but then again the sub goes on the drivers side rear cubbie.... and I don't have that because of the fridge platform.

Don't need Budbuilt skids with having the BAMF ones now and don't need a RTT really, but I could just sell it... so who knows. Knowing me I will spend a good amount of money just on patches and stuff alone.
