Good luck and hope @RickS makes it!

You had mentioned before about the Butcher paper wrap. Very interested in your impressions and thoughts about it. I normally don't wrap anything anymore because of the soft bark\stop bark formation aluminum foil causes. But have had that paper wrap in my cart more than a few times but never have pulled the trigger on it. Have done some research on it and still undecided. It is in my saved for later list though LOL.

That looks awesome! One of the reasons I come here is to get ideas of what to cook. Scallops are now on the list and going to make a trip back to Costco today or tomorrow. Thanks for posting your dinner last night I might copy all of it very soon!

Now that is some serious prep work!

I saw those at the Costco here too. A guy I used to work with was born in Lebanon and French educated. On the weekends he would drive 90 miles each way to the cities to get food he liked including lamp chops. I never did try them he kept saying they are the best meat there is. And always cooked them in mint. I see you are doing the same, if you say they are good too then I will try it :)

Meat Cleaver and Chefs knife that guy means business! Bet the food was great too, jealous!

If anyone in Waco area wants a red weber kettle. Seller said it's in good condition. No rust.

Don't have time or I'd be all over this. It's on Letgo app

Or if you want to pick this up for me. That would be cool too. I'd pay asking price plus a couple taco goodies. Like a spare 17 inch black pro comp wheel, stock front shocks ? I'm serious lol

I'm still baby sitting the smoker. Taking forever in the stall, been about 2 hours now. Thought about wrapping, but want to do this without to see how they taste.

I asked if he'd meet in Temple tomorrow morning. He said he's currently out of town until tomorrow afternoon and I'll be busy and unable to meet up. :annoyed: Thanks for the heads up though. I'll keep looking
