    Wix is super easy if you're at least somewhat computer literate. I was essentially handed my fire department's website and had to teach site building to myself using Wix's tools. It is pretty damn simple. Most of the tools are drag and drop, and everything else makes sense if you've ever uploaded a picture to the internet or used microsoft office.
