    Do you need the second battery? Taking out the battery cured the shudder correct? Maybe relocate it somewhere else.... just spitballing ideas

    Don't get frustrated Dave somebody will figure it out and it will get resolved. Put your stock battery back in and drive around for a few days and see if that makes a difference

    I'm thinking it's a balance issue with your front end with the heavy aftermarket battery and your front bumper. Check your tie rods and your upper and lower ball joints. I know it's a new truck. Has he tested the balance on the front Wheels

    I was thinking the same.
    @Braves95
    Might need to get a compressor on the other side or dual battery.

    Another thing you can try is air your tires down to 20 lb on both sides in front and drive it for a few miles and see if there's any difference. If there is and it goes away then that definitely means it's somewhere in your front end components or it's a weight balance issue

    Also just a thought, what ply tires do you have? Maybe the ones you have can't handle all the weight. I helped chip put his plate bumper on his truck and it took two of us I also help you put your plate bumper on your truck and it took three of us. Your plate bumper easily weighs 75 lb more than chips and then also take into consideration your aftermarket battery is 20 lb more than a stock battery. So maybe your tires aren't strong enough to hold the waight and when you put that much weight on it may throw the balance off on the balanced Wheels

    Let me ask u guys this. Can I take the rear drive shafts off. Then drive in 4 hi. Go the speed it happens. If it shudders then that'll tell me the front end is the issue.
    The tires are nittro grapplers.
    Would the 700lb springs help with weight issues? I'll take the battery out. I'll see if it goes away. I only have 1 battery. Maybe if that works I'll move the battery to the other side. See if that fixes it also.
    I do have the front diff drop kit also I can try.

    The diff drop will not hurt but I don't think that is your issue and I would strongly not suggest running only on the front drive shaft with all that weight . That would put a lot of strain on your U-joints

    It is well documented that there can be a vibe between 45-65 when Dakars are installed on our trucks, especially DCSB

    Now, before removing or moving anything, climb under the truck and check the u joint angles. If they are off by more than 6 degrees, you will need to shim something. It all depends on how bad the angles are

    Now if you want to ignore me, you can remove the rear driveshaft and drive up to 50 using the front shaft. Without hurting anything.

    I actually broke in my front gears by doing this.

    OK. Just putting this out here.
    Back in November I put the bumper. Everything was fine. No vibes. Fast forward to June. I put in a 31m Northstar battery. Vibe as soon as I left the driveway. Get to end of June. I remove bumper vibe goes away. Put bumper back on vibe comes back.
    Go to today I went from 19 1/4 from bottom of fender flare to center of hub. Put shocks on 10 turns and now it's 22 1/2.
