    Figured I'd at least try it since I got 125k on the clock and had it lying around. I did some reading and I submit to the idea that it dilutes the oil and can damage things, so I just went ahead and drained it and put some new oil in as scheduled

    It's good for if you have lifters sticking or something, but run it for a few miles then change the oil right away.
