The best part about our coffee meets is there's an infinite amount and there's no dead line ;)

    There will always be more!

    A&W burger meet?
as for the truck sliders, I finally broke out the new welder for a non truck related project, turns out the solid core weld's better with the gas properly connected....:frusty:
funny you mentioned sliders, I emailed two other companys who cut/bend stuff, and they never replied back, Guess I have to walk in with my drawings on my USB key like I had to with Rod's Machine shop, they never replied to email's either.

so am I still just getting a price on two plates? anyone else want in on some DIY slider frame plates?

I was just poking fun because sliders aren't required for all these coffee meets.

A lot of time spent on designing and not actually cutting wood, but that's the way I roll haha

Here is what I have built so far for my truck camping setup! The aim of the game was to build something that could serve multiple functions and be installed/removed within minutes (Takes me roughly 10mins so far to install and be ready to roll)

    - The side boxes are biscuit jointed, glued, and bracketed. Those two boxes were then attached to the bed via brackets
    - The platform has two hinged parts for multiple uses
    - The platform can be used on top of the side boxes rails, or down on the bed floor for more headroom
    - My favourite feature is the recliner aspect!

Keep in mind that so far this is just the bare bones, I wanted to get this built and then slowly customize it as I find need. The side boxes will eventually have doors cut into them so I can access the space under (Future Air/Water on Board, Solar/battery setup, etc)

    Now the fun part!

Just saw this downtown. Pretty cool, something you don't see often around here. Looks like they've been doing lots of travelling, would have liked to talk to them, but no one was around. IMG_20170820_144956.jpg IMG_20170820_144830.jpg IMG_20170820_144753.jpg
