Loved them all. Scotch may be my drink of choice haha. And the Irish car bomb was smooth, loved it.

It's funny how people have so many different experiences. Personally, I have seen Hoover do so many wrong (including myself), that is the last dealership I'd ever go to.

Serra is fine. I just had a little issue with a salesman there several months back. Enough that i was called and apologized to by a sales manager.

Did it take them 4 hours to change your oil like they did with mine?

I haven't had a problem with Bill Penney, bought my truck their and 6 years later went back for the wife's RAV4. No problem with the free maintenance so far. They took care of my TSB's and recalls. I did have to carry it twice after the latest leaf spring recall, but they got it right in the end.

Edit: of course I have Custom Alcans now and the recall springs only have 17 miles on them sitting in my garage floor.

BP did me right on the S/C install, however I had to babysit the process and install the software myself.

Only two reasons I went there; I negotiated a decent labor price and I work down the road from the stealership.

High Country will NEVER get my business.

I bought both of my Tacoma's out of state, for a reason...
