Didn't know anything about man law gauges. It was on clearance a few years back for $5. I was stupid and just bought one to try. I should have gotten all of them. Green numbers glow in he dark too. But yea it's pretty accurate

I had a pair and stopped using them. Lost all tactile control of my hands. If I got a little meat juice (fat) on them, I couldn't hold onto anything.

I just use them so far for pulling big cuts hot from the pit, great for that. Good for opening jars too :D

I got a pair as well. Only use them to pull meat from the smoker.

Quite the pose Brandon and I have there

I seriously can't thank you enough for making the trek out there. @RickS is only kind of local, driving all the way from south of Dallas to a good bit north of Fort Worth to come support us. Incredibly generous and very, very appreciated. It was nice getting to sit and chat with you and your wife, too! I really enjoyed meeting the both of you. Did you make it out to Audacity and lean on Doug a little bit?!?!?

Looks good! Almost like a Tacoma World pre-sale, but you had to be there to get it .

Glad he likes it! He knows where to go in the future ;).

As always, thanks for spreading the word!

There is a slicer hidden in that picture somewhere, too.

The chicken turned out fantastic in taste, too, I thought. Probably tasted as good as it looked! Brandon took care of the chicken for this cook and when he showed up with 41 drums prepared like that, I was absolutely floored. That's usually a two or three man job. @RickS got a little preview of what the competition entries will be like.

Food was great and now we're looking forward to the peoples choice event here in a couple of weeks. Made it to Audacity but no Doug. Had some really good beer though. Wife liked the Imperial Chocolate Stout so much that a growler ended up coming home with us.
