I worked outside here all day yesterday but I took it easy in the cool today. MIL and her friend from Atlanta area coming over for lunch out back and watch the eclipse. I think it's going to be really neat and the kiddo is excited too.

I only ran it for 20 miles before I changed the oil. Drove to Anderson and back tonight, definitely no noticeable difference as far as I can tell. If i'm not mistaken, oil has a bunch of detergents and additives in them and I change every 5,000 miles so I pretty much have nothing to worry about. This Liqui Moly stuff I've been seeing definitely interests me, in particular their Pro-Line engine flush and their Cera Tec friction modifier. Still trying to see if that cera tec stuff is a gimmick or will hurt the engine in the long run

Brisket was an absolute success. Nice bark, maybe a bit much bark cause I layered the rub on, but a nice layer of smoke and spice in it. Sliced it up and mmm. That's all I got to say.

One more bump for this offer: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/feeler-tc-bed-stiffeners-socal-only.506242/

I can take 1 more set with me for a total of 3 assuming @OCD 08 and @BravesTaco95 are still in. I should be able to call on Tuesday to try and find out a the price for them. I'm still hoping that they'll just give me some sort of discount code to distribute and everyone can just order. But I was told they did a drop shipment from TC, so I'm not sure. I'll update the thread with info as soon as I have it.
