Nice! Will the frame itself go in and out easily enough?

Thanks! And yeah, everything removes pretty easily except on the 2x8 on the left (drivers side) that is near the fridge box, there are three screws that have to be removed in order to take it out. Other than that, everything slides right out. I had to attach the 2x8 at the back of the truck to the left side of the fridge box because it wouldn't have stayed in place otherwise.. But my plan was to make everything for this truck removable, so that on the rare occasion that I actually need to use it, it's available

Pulled the Pelfreybilt aluminum bumper away from the truck, did some trimming on the grill support to clear the Baja Designs fogs, put them on, wired 'em, and shimmed the bumper bolts to make it fit better.

    Done!

Then crawled underneeth and put the mid skid on. T-case skid would be MUCH easier with 2 sets of hands and 20 less degrees. Called it a day.

Oh they're grounded, the one on the right I ended up rotating it 90* so it didn't face the trans cooler.

You guys must stay on the road constantly. If I ever put 15k a year on anything I owned in the past I thought I was driving alot.

To me, it sounds like you need to knock the depth gauges down a little... You've sharpened the cutters, but the depth teeth haven't been taken down and aren't allowing the cutters to take enough. Few licks with a flat file and she should be giving you shavings again... But if you take too much, you're going to increase pull in and kick back.

    A thing or two...
Just my daily commute is 21k+ per year, not counting any other driving I do. I bought a new car in September of last year to spare the truck a few miles, and the car will roll past 14k this week or next.

Take a look at this... http://www.madsens1.com/bnc_depth_gauge.htm

Does a pretty good of explaining it... When I have a saw that isn't making shavings, and I know the cutters are sharp, the rakers are the next thing I look at.

Installed a license plate bracket curtesy of @ACEkraut, thank you! This thing is well designed and gives the front end a better look. Well worth the money and always glad to support members of this community. Still need to wash the truck and clean up the original plate area. 20170821_184028.jpgIMG_1505.jpg
