But my health and my dog's will prioritize the Tacoma real quick like!

It was 80° inside rest of the house this morning. Was cooler in my bedroom with the window unit, about 72°

    Trailers are fucking ovens!!

That's why I popped for the steel roofover with the 6" of foam insulation between the new roof and the existing trailer roof. Yeah, it's not cheap, but it did come with a 50 year warranty...

I wish it were that easy right now.

Did you think of anything that could be wrong with the AC unit?

These are things I've known to be more or less true for quite some time now.
Pretty sure I'm SOL in getting it fixed/operational for cheaper than a window unit. I doubt with a strong possibility of 0, that my cousin will have a new unit put in. His BIL's unit went out last year I think and they now have 3 window units in the house.

Find an HVAC contractor that has a finance plan. Have them fix it. Deduct it from rent until ot is paid for.

I own rentals. A couple tennants have done small remodels and we've handled it this way

As far as watching....Gravelrama wins. Would rather go Sunday but can't. RRG is closer. And probably more fun. Would prefer that if we had 4 or 5 of us.

And then there's my wife...gotta see what she has going. I know we have company coming Friday night.

    So... No definate plan yet

I really don't want to sink "real" money into this place. At all. Ever.

I don't even really want the option to buy the damn thing, before the AC went out. Trailers just don't last long.
The driveway needs completely torn out and redone and enlarged. There's no real shade until an hour before sunset. The yard is a bitch to mow if it's the least bit wet. I want a carport/garage. The neighbots are gay and call the cops when you burn brush and drink beer. The underpinning needs redone. Water runoff management needs to happen on a large scale. The outside needs a serious scrubbing, maybe paint. Roof needs new paint. God knows this tacky ass bullshit inside needs painted. The carpet needs to disappear and flooring in place. Etc...

    Tldr version of above:

My cousin would ask for over $50k for a 1k sqft 20 year old trailer sitting on a 0.8 acre lot.

Traffic is nuts through Bardstown still! I65 from W. KY Parkway to Etown must be a nightmare if this many people are taking 31E.

I go Bardstown Rd. (31/150) to Snyder, to I 65 then to Phillips ln (fairgrounds) and back every day. 44 to/from Shephardsville and 65 in Bullit County are INSANE @ rush hour. The past feew days, traffic has almost doubled on that stretch of Bardstown rd. We go to Bardstow 2 or 3 times a week. They are days from opening the new section of road from Cox's Creek to just south of Mt Washington. I'd expect traffic to increase even more then.
