Oh shit. That sucks. Have a covered area that may block some of the rain? Friday night & Saturday morning look the worst to smoke. They're saying 25mph+ wind in my area.

Coast looks like it'll get 30+.

got one of these for the dogs....built it up last night. the videos make it look so fast and effortless. throw in 5pm heat, a garage with no wind coming through, then moving it to the backyard and finishing the build, and it's not so effortless.

No covered area, weak point in my smoke game.... Have a garage, but family tends to have a problem with smoke coming in from the eves and the haze pouring out the garage doors and into the house. Silly people.

We have TWO places just minutes from the house that do catering and carry out smoked and/or BBQ meats and poultry. Both are EXTREMELY good quality and price. I'm pretty picky about what I consider good food. Both of these places are top shelf! We stop on the way home from work at least once a week to grab something from one or the other.

In fact, that sounds like a plan for todays dinner!

Boo! They can go to all those places while it's flooding. You'll be making food at the house. :)

I have a roadside place withing 3 minutes of my house. It's good, but I don't make it a point to eat there, rather have my own
