I'm glad to see you were able to keep it Kings related though. I was worried with your previous post with the Blackhawks uni's on Wayne and Garth.

Decent contract too. I was worried after the load that McDavid wanted Draisaitl would ask for something similar in the same way Toews and Kane got equal deals.

No. A friend of mine played on the pens this year.

 

#23 back to Anaheim for a year.

 

He'll probably be a little more motivated to play now that he's not part of one of the leagues best tire fires.

 

I found it funny they signed him and then right after gave him the A. To me, that shows a failing system in Colorado.
He was my favorite defensemen in Anaheim but Manson is quickly taking over that role.

 

I think the Ducks system really favors his playing style. He looked lost when he played for the Leafs and the Avs where both teams tried to rely on him as there shut down guy.

 

To me, that shows the ducks are thin on D & leadership.
