That's awesome. I want to have something like that one day. Would love to have a little work bench in there to. I see your dog is quite happy there!

The reloading and work table is in the room just out side so I can get it as dust free as possible.

He loves it, that bench is just for him.

If he's like my dog, he probably thinks you built the room just for him haha!

I've had this one for a few years but just recently completed it by adding the magnifier. To celebrate, I plasti-dipped the foam inside the Pelican.

    Colt LE6920
    Eotech 512 Holographic Site
    Eotech G33 3x Magnifier
    Daniel Defense Omega Rail
and a few other goodies on it.

Generally no as long as it meets minimum barrel length, mags are 10rnd or less.

Nope. The laws are applied to "...semi-automatic, center-fired..." rifles.

EDIT: and of course the 10-round mag and length requirements.

I make it myself. Got all the materials from lowes. I think it ended up being less then $100.

Yeah, I lucked out because my buddy's father in law is a lock smith and he hooked me up but the install was almost as much as the door.

I like it. only thing I'm not too thrilled about is the two tone coating but i'll get over it. Going to test it out in the long configuration on Friday - only shot it short so far.

I have a couple guns, this ones the only one worth showing. My Benelli M4. The top pictures right after I bought it last February, and the bottoms right after I put a 7rd titanium ammo tube from CarrierComp on it a couple months ago.

I'm not quite done with it, I'd like maybe an OEM C-stock. Now that I have a new Tacoma, I have to prioritize what I want to upgrade, and the Truck wins out.

I will be buying an HK45 next year.

I honestly do not understand the .300BLK.
Subsonic it generates less energy than a .45
Supersonic it generates less energy than a 5.56
More expensive than either one of them.

Rather than developing an entirely new cartridge, wouldn't it have made more sense to create a pistol-caliber AR platform that fired .45's?
Not trying to :stirthepot: here, just trying to have somebody explain the appeal to me.

Shooting suppressed .300 subs is fun.

I hope that helps you understand the appeal.

No, it doesn't. Any decent supersonic 300 BLK load generates more energy than 5.56 in all barrel lengths, but especially when you're talking 8 or 9" barrels. And that's exactly the point. Agencies that want to replace a 9mm sub gun with something that offers much more energy without the concussion of 5.56x45mm would do well to consider 300 BLK.

That being said, I built a bolt action in 300 BLK long before they were available from Remington, and I also have an SBR in 300 BLK, but I rarely shoot it. I do know a lot of guys who shoot 300 BLK suppressed for HD and even for deer and coyotes though.
