I was actually pleasantly surprised by my experience yesterday. Appointments make the world of difference and having everything you need/filled out. Got my new plates for the 4runner and on my way within 30 min. Not bad compared to the guys waiting in line the entire 30 min just to get a number.

 

felt like I was being tazed. Because my shoulder / neck area was convulsing I couldn't move my arm to turn it down. Lesson learned lol
