Truck Camping Photo Thread

This......this is why I started this thread. I love to see people getting out and enjoying things other than a couch and cell phone. Doesn't matter if it's local down the road for a quick overnight trip, or something life changing such as this that can/will inspire others. Get out and enjoy what Mother Nature has to offer. I'm sure some would love to see some of that drone footage you have if its places of the trip.

Nice! First one I've seen on a Taco. How do you like it? Spacious?

 

Got good space, open/ close within a minute. Larger than a Queen size bed but smaller than a King I think. Memory form mattress with good support. Wify no complain, so I think it is good~!

 

Awesome, kind of wish I pulled the trigger back when they were on Kickstarter.

 

If you indeed want to get one, I think it is still possible. I saw some backer change plan and want someone to take over it from time to time. If you need help let me know.

So, no Artic Circle (that was awesome, BTW), no 14's in the Rockies, just a little campground off the I-81 in Virginia. And, it was National Dog Day!

Yes these 4k files are huge.. gigs each and require post processing since shooting in d-log format. As the nights get longer I'll catch up and glad to share some highlights. Right now it's cutting into my fly tying time!

I love the AC unit! is that standard equipment with that camper?

 

It is not. Its a climate Right 2500 that i made a plate for the window to pipe it in

 

I can think of a few times I would have paid a fortune for that
