I have an 07 DC SB V6 4x4 TRD OR Auto with 19xxx miles and have a horrible sound coming from the front brakes or possibly suspension. It recently started after I had the TSB for the "front brakes making a whine noise when in reverse". I am not sure if it's related but started a couple weeks after this TSB was done.

It sounds really bad when driving slowly with the brakes applied and/or turning. When I am stopped and get out of the truck I can get it to make the noise by pushing on the truck and rocking it from the side.

Can anybody think of anything that would cause this?

I am making an appointment with the dealer, but wanted to check here first for some ideas.

Oh yeah, I have put 5000 miles on it since this TSB was done...so I don't think that it's just the brakes breaking in.

Get in the bed and jump up & down .... to see if the noise is in the rear suspension.

But yeah, let the dealer deal with it. Other than being inconvenient - take advantage of the warrantee.

Yeah, they replaced pretty much all of the suspension components on the driver's side and the noise is finally gone.

I am in Iraq so I don't have my paperwork handy to see exactly what it was.
