    That's kinda fucked up. Then they wonder why peeps lose their house, etc. That I don't agree with right there.

    Basically you get fucked for being or trying to be a responsible person, while others get everything and then some.

    8.5 Fisher XV2, some switches, some lights.
    Yeah, my agent did a great job; she sent me a bunch of stuff that I read over and signed electronically before the closing. Then during the actual closing there were only a few pages that both parties had to sign in person. I think the actual closing process took all of 15 minutes that way.

    That's awesome. I had issues with my mortgage broker so I brought my own lawyer to the closing and reviewed each document so it took a while. Unfortunately, by the time I started having issues with the broker, it was too late for me to find a replacement or I would have pushed the closing date so I lawyered up and dragged them across the finish line with me.
