    so a funny thing happened yesterday...I'll get to that in a sec.

    First of all, I joined this site quite a while ago, but I only visit and/or lurk it once in a while. Anyway, just thought I'd tell y'all that so that you're not wondering "Who is this guy & why is he on this thread?" For those of you that don't know me, I'm Bill and am an autobody, frame, and suspension tech for 38 years. Live in Front Royal, work in Sterling at Caliber Collision.

    So, I've been happy with my spacer lift for 2yrs now, but want to do a little more off-roading. After nearly having my Tacoma totalled by a rear end collision on 606/Old Ox Rd back in last month, I repaired all the damages and came out ahead dollar-wise enough to order a Demello Baja front bumper and SOS Concepts rear bumper. Got a new Smittybuilt XRC Gen2 synthetic winch. Just waiting for bumpers to ship. In the meantime, the last couple of weeks I've been looking at the OME and Bilstein kits online but hadn't decided or yet pulled the trigger. Then, yesterday morning at work, the 1st job that I get is a black 2011 Tacoma with, what else? OME suspension:eek::eek::eek: IT'S A SIGN...so I pulled the trigger last nite on a OME/886 nitro set from Toytec.

    Don't know if the owner (Jessica A.) of the Tacoma at work is on here or if any of you may know her. If so, tell her "Thanks" for helping with my decision and let her know that her truck is in really good experienced hands!
