So worth the wait but hated I waited :D:thumbsup:

@bvbull200  amazing is all I can say right now. Savory sweet with a lovely kick. The beans gave me a bead of cold sweat on my neck. Not too hot but just the perfect amount. Pulled the pork a few mins too early. Middle needed a bit more but amazing overall. Definitely my top choice moving forward :bananadance:

Hot damn, if that ain't some high praise! Thanks for the pictures and the feedback. They might make their way on to one of our social media platforms or our website, if that's alright by you :D.

    Nice job on the cook!

I'm stealing borrowing that bean recipe, too ;).

Sorry for not chiming in earlier, gents, but I was trying to handle some stuff from the road (well, the stoplights, anyways).

Thank you all for your purchase! I had just enough rub already packaged to fulfill today's orders. TacomaWorld continues to be the engine that has helped Pitfaced BBQ begin to ascend this big hill. We won't forget that and will be forever grateful.

Picked up more of our stuff in bulk today from my partner and will get to packaging tomorrow evening. In the meantime, I've allowed back-orders on the rub for the time being. :D

But that is more for the group buy thread. I'll let everyone get back to drooling over @Misplaced Nebraskan's pulled pork and that wicked pan of beans.

You want to hear my "big" score today? I got a 14" Smokey Joe that had supposedly been used just twice (but was rusty due to neglect) for a whopping $15. I just need parts off of it, so I caved and only got $2 off of asking .

For $15, @itzyoboipaul would be rolling home with two 18" WSMs, a Jumbo Joe, and the first right of refusal for the hand of the seller's daughter in marriage.

Honestly pretty indiscernible. They softened a lot while cooking. Wouldn't have known the difference if I wasn't cooking. Might just continue the non sauteed method from now on. Save a step and same delicious results

That's how I did mine this weekend. Started with Bushes baked beans, then added local raw honey, onions, bacon, ketchup and PitFaced. I skipped the peppers they give me nasty heartburn for some reason.

They were really good I loved the flavor profile they added to the beans.

Lol got this for $60 today. Drove 150miles round trip. Lady said she would hold it for me til Saturday but I didn't trust her hahaha and I couldn't sleep. So yea I went there after work. Yes I have problems. My wife don't even say anything. I just keep telling her I will sell the other one :D

This is my first kettle with a gas assist. So be kind, is that really just to help start your charcoal going ? What kind of tank does it use ?:anonymous::devil:
