I'm not even going to act like I have the balls to do it myself. I still owe 18k on it, so, id like someone who knows exactly what they are doing to do it if I go that route

    Opinions needed.

I bought a set of Rigid Spots at the Carlisle Truck Show two weeks ago. They are not operational yet but I did mount them on my brush bar.

I initially installed them above the bar (top picture) but then realized they might not survive the beating they're gonna get going through a car wash. So I decided to mount them inverted (bottom picture).

The question is, do they look ghey hanging underneath rather than the more traditional above-the-bar position?

99% of all shops aren't going to let you watch/participate. Too much liability associated with welding.

Yet again, it is the same principle/method as a 2nd gen.

So here's what I got to do this weekend. My son had his Boy Scout Eagle Scout project, building four benches for a homeless outreach for our family church in Virginia Beach. There's only three in the picture because they were staining the fourth one. Luckily I have a truck to deliver these next weekend! Not bad for a bunch of kids (they aren't allowed to work power tools so the adults cut the boards).

Took the Tonka down to Richmond last evening to have Katzkins and seat heaters (or as my wife calls them, "Bun Warmers") installed.

    Stay tuned.

Hey Nick, I'm in Front Royal too, but I live in town. What mountain are you on? Apple Mtn? Blue Mtn? High Knob? I've probably seen your truck around. I commute to Dulles/Sterling every day and back. I can do the cab mount chop for you, if and when you're ready. I'm an autobody frame tech with 38 yrs of experience.

Nice. I want the 4x Innovations rear bumper when I decide it's time for that.

I think I'm going to have to do the clutch in my truck before too long. I just need to decide which clutch. LCE and Competition Clutch through URD are the only aftermarket options for the 2tr-fe.

My wife just calls them butt warmers, and when we went to buy another minivan last year (yeah, I know, I hate it but she likes it) the only thing I told the dealer is it had to have butt warmers, didn't care about any other add-ons.

Me - I would rather have air cooled seats because I'm always burning up in those leather seats.
