I'm at MedClinic for follow up on elbow. Bp is 157/85
I guess the espresso machine works

 

I've learned to never drink coffee before I go to the doc. They tend to get a little excited. When I tell them coffee and Copenhagen they still don't settle down much.

I get 3 or 4 cups in before I reach the field. I have one of those big yeti knock off mugs from walmart. That thing holds almost half a pot.

I usually set myself up in the afternoon for the following morning so I don't have to think till about noon.

I have to do some stuff to barn tomorrow before spray foam,got some questions.

Do I need to have 2 ground rods, 1 for metal barn framing and 1 for electric ?

I my experience I would say no. As in commercial buildings, a bonding conductor is connected to the metal structure, then landed on the ground bar or neutral bar of your first or main panel. In your case I would guess you only have one panel. I would use a #4 solid bare cu conductor if you have a 200 amp service. Also if you have a metal gas and/or water line, these need to be bonded to the system as well. NEC states within six foot of entrance of structure. Local code here requires two ground rods six feet apart using a continuous conductor of # 6 cu solid connected to first or main panel. Hope this helps.

tobacco raises blood pressure doesnt it? i wont dip all morning before a blood pressure check and comes down.

 

Yes. I don't eat, drink, dip before any appointments...unless it's an afternoon appointment then I don't do anything for a few hours before.
