Only way to figure out where to drill the holes is to mount the mid skid FIRST then hang the tcase skid and mark holes. If not your gonna be a 1/4" off.

Trying to figure out where to mount the fuel and water cans i... aquired... from the Army. Was thinking here for the fuel
    20170824_102345.jpg
    20170824_102351.jpg

And then do the same for my water can on the other side. Only thing is I would have to cut the middle plate out to get it to fit..
    20170824_102359.jpg

Next time I'm at my dad's house I'm going to use his welder and put some kind of retaining plate on the bottom for the can to sit in. And then weld on a bar that goes through the handles to the bed rack so I can lock them. Anybody have better ideas/suggestions? Trying to keep as much bed space as possible since the spare is mounted under the tent and rack

If you plan on attaching them to your bed rack just make sure you don't half ass the mount. 5 gallons of anything is going to be heavy - especially on the trails. All of the jerry can mounts I see have full support all the way around and not just through the handle like rotopax do

Actually - if you don't have a bumper/swingout that can support them, I'd just put them in the bed.

I was thinking that route also. Would mount perfect to passenger side. Entered into a bunch of giveaways on Instagram. We will see if I actually win a set of rotopax lol
