DOOR HINGE ?

    OME lift, 265/75s, pickup shell, couple of dents.
    Okay, I thought yours was non-power. With power locks should be 69306-04020, but again, verify that on your truck.

    You do have to replace the whole lock assembly. It's one unit that is all riveted together, there's no way to take it apart to replace the individual parts.

    When I replaced it I used the TSM for reference, I downloaded a PDF copy of it. I don't know if there are any links available anymore, Toyota keeps cease-and-desisting them. I'm sure there are YouTube videos of the disassembly if you Google around.

    I have the same issue but mine "problem" is all the dust that getting into the striker plate inners and doesn't allow the white plastic thingy retract properly....

    I know this is an older thread, but was having the same issue where the latch wouldn’t retract properly not allowing the door to shut. I tried everything but nothing seemed to work.

    I finally noticed where the white plastic covering the latch in the door had deformed and swelled over the years. I ended up removing the plastic with pliers and a razor blade. Door works fine now.
